The cookies are awesome! Now that I've had the purchasing procedure explained to me, I will be back. If you walk in the door, and the first thing you are presented with is a screen where people are entering their orders, what are you to think? I am sorry if my green cash is gumming up the works, but it is MY preferred payment method. All decorated cookies come individually sealed. But, if that is the process (go to the cashier instead of the screen for a cash purchase) maybe it would make sense to post this somewhere at the front of the process. Decorated sugar cookies are by the dozen and offer up to 4 different designs per set. I did that and got my cookie and brought it home and ate it and loved it. Crumbl Cookies markets its products as the best cookies in the world. They serve cookies for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and late-night munchies. Is that even POSSIBLE? And do companies really have the right to unilaterally decide that they no longer accept Legal Tender? Anyway, after the ordering-process-with-no-ending, I walked over to the cashier and asked "Do you not accept cash?" Her response was something like, "You should (she used the word 'should', and not 'may' or 'can') come over to the cashier and place your order there if you are paying with cash. Crumbl Cookies is a cookie cafe that serves freshly made cookies for take-out and indoor seating. It appears that USA cash is on its way out. The potential growth rate will lie between 25 to 180. This happened to me at another business a few months ago - in the door and presented immediately with an ordering screen, no directions, only to get to the end of the process to find out that it doesn't accept cash, and the order cannot be 'forwarded' to the cashier to have her accept my cash. By looking at these figures of other companies in the same market, you can analyze that if Crumbl Cookies goes public, it will fall between any of the IPO prices mentioned above. I just wanted a single cookie to try this place, but I had to go through a somewhat lengthy ordering process, only to get to the end of the process and find out that they only accept credit cards, gift cards, or swipe your phone (I think). The ordering screen was used by the person in front of me, who had who-knows-what-disease-in-this-era-of-COVID, but there was no way to disinfect the screen. I carry enough cash to handle all of my day-to-day purchases - like $4.38 cookies. How VERY 2020's of them!!! Here's the problem: I'm an old geezer and I don't trust NOBODY with my credit card info. there, so I waited (like 30 seconds, that's all) for the next open screen. I knew the pricing, and I just HAD to try one! I went in the front door and the 'flow' of the place brings you to a couple of ordering screens on the wall. ![]() I've never had a Crumbl cookie before today.
